Possibly, yes. Our list covers the most common areas we work in, but we regularly travel beyond these for larger or longer-term projects. Contact us via WhatsApp or phone and we'll confirm whether we can assist — usually within an hour.
For our core zone — Stellenbosch, Paarl, Franschhoek, Somerset West and most of greater Cape Town — there is no travel fee. For extended areas (Hermanus, Worcester, Langebaan etc.) a small travel fee may apply. This is always communicated clearly in your quote upfront — no surprises.
For most areas we can visit for a site assessment within 2–5 business days and typically begin work within 1–2 weeks of accepting a quote, depending on project size and current schedule. Urgent or emergency requests are accommodated where possible — just let us know your timeline when you contact us.
Yes, absolutely. We regularly work in sectional title complexes, security estates and gated communities across Cape Town and the Winelands. We're accustomed to working within estate rules and coordinating with body corporates and HOAs where required.
All six of our services are available across our full coverage area: painting (interior and exterior), paving, construction, renovations, handyman services and gardening. The same skilled team travels to all locations — we don't use different subcontractors for different areas.
Our pricing is based on the scope of work, not your postcode. Clients in Camps Bay, Stellenbosch and Bellville all receive the same fair, transparent pricing structure. The only variable is a potential travel fee for extended areas — and that will always be stated clearly in your written quote before any work begins.

Yes. We work with property developers, commercial landlords, managing agents and estate agents across Cape Town. If you manage multiple properties or have a large project that spans several sites or phases, contact us to discuss a tailored arrangement and pricing structure.
Our standard working hours are Monday to Saturday, 7am to 6pm. We can sometimes accommodate Sunday work for urgent projects or tight deadlines — this is arranged on a case-by-case basis. Just mention it when you request your quote and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
